
Heidi L. Rabe, MA, CCC-SLP/L, is a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with over 20 years of experience working with students with a variety of speech, language, literacy, or complex communication challenges and specializes in Augmentative/Alternative Communication (AAC). Heidi has presented nationally and internationally on topics related to AAC and has worked in a variety of private and educational settings in the Chicago area and Dublin, Ireland. She started Authentic Expression in 2016 to pursue her passion for supporting clients to meet their communication goals.
Heidi received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Minnesota in Speech and Hearing Sciences and her Master of Arts Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Northwestern University.

Molly Copley, M.S. CF-SLP is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and Chicagoland native. She is passionate about supporting clients to develop their communication skills and building strong, supportive relationships with their families. Molly has experience working across a range of areas, including speech, language, swallowing disorders, Gestalt Language Processing, and Augmentative/Alternative Communication (AAC). She is dedicated to continually adapting and applying best evidence-based practices to meet each client’s individual needs.
Molly received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Michigan in Psychology and Linguistics and her Master of Science Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Northwestern University. In her free time, she enjoys walks along the lakefront and baking sourdough for friends and family.

Giorgia Cozzo, M.S. CF-SLP is a bilingual English-Italian licensed SLP and Chicago native. She is enthusiastic about fostering connections by supporting effective communication, and she has a passion for building strong relationships with families. Giorgia has experience working with clients in a variety of areas including speech, language, fluency, and Augmentative/Alternative Communication (AAC).
Giorgia received her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology and her Bachelor of Science in Speech Pathology & Audiology and Theatre Arts from Marquette University.
In her free time, Giorgia enjoys cooking and seeing theatre.

Marissa Esparza, M.S., CCC-SLP, is a bilingual English-Spanish Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist passionate about supporting her clients and their loved ones to develop effective communication. She works with a variety of speech, language, literacy, or complex communication challenges and specializes in Augmentative/Alternative Communication (AAC) and supporting bilingual Spanish speakers. Marissa’s past experience working in research drives her practice as she works to personalize therapy and evaluation by adapting best practices based on current research and unique individual needs. She currently sees clients after school via teletherapy for Authentic Expression.
Marissa received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Northwestern University.
